GINHEE RANCOURT

Ginhee grew up as the eldest of eight children with dreams of becoming a ballet dancer. When life unexpectedly placed her in the role of guardian to her younger siblings, she founded Young Art, a creative venture that launched her into entrepreneurship and a lifelong journey of service through education.

Today, Ginhee’s focus centers on bringing connectivity to learners in rural settings—linking remote schools to the world through reliable internet and access to technology. She believes that when young people can learn, create, and problem-solve together online, they develop not only critical skills for the digital economy but also the confidence to shape meaningful futures within their own communities.

Through partnerships that bridge art, STEM, and real-world learning, Ginhee is helping cultivate a generation of innovators who will strengthen local economies, generate sustainable livelihoods, and uplift entire villages—proving that talent, once connected, can thrive anywhere.
